We contact each agency, record the schedule, and give caregivers written notice. You confirm consent from whoever has authority for each client.
Records and same-day alerts go to the people you choose, such as co-trustees, family members or care managers. You decide who sees billing.

Pick three clients who live at home with paid caregivers and no family there for most shifts, ideally clients who can't reliably tell you how their day went. After 60 days, you'll have two monthly records per client and a report of every problem we caught and how it was resolved.
