These terms apply to hourmarkcare.com. Pilot clients also sign a written pilot agreement; where the two differ, the pilot agreement controls.
What we do and don't do
We record when caregivers check in and out of a client's home and follow up on problems. We don't provide medical or personal care, give medical advice, or employ, place or supervise caregivers. We are not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
What a check-in shows
A check-in record shows when a caregiver checked in or out and where their phone was at that moment. It doesn't show the quality of care, and someone determined can fake a phone's location. Use the records alongside your own judgment.
Sample data
Records, names and figures marked "sample" on this site are illustrations, not real clients.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, try to reach pages or data you aren't authorized to see, or submit someone else's information without their permission.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Governing law
California law governs these terms.
