Your parent doesn't have to do anything.

    We set it up by phone

    We go over the care schedule with you on a video call, and every caregiver gets a written notice before their first shift.

  2. 2

    Caregivers check in and out

    They tap a link we text them when they arrive and when they leave, and can add a line about anything different that day. We only check location at those two moments.

  3. 3

    You hear only when something's off

    If a shift is late, short or missed, we text you that day and tell you what's being done about it. The full record arrives on the first of each month.

Who we are

We're a small team of millennials building the tool we want for our own families. We've dealt with caregivers and agencies for people we love, and we designed Hourmark Care around the problems we ran into.
